Polyglots: Favorite plugins/themes, and tracking

Description
Although from time to time I go on translate.wordpress.org to translate some of my own plugins, or Community plugins (such as Two Factor or Performance Lab), I do not usually know when there is a pending translation in my locale for those plugins or themes.
One idea that might work is to be able to "follow" or "favorite" a "plugin/theme + locale" (e.g. Two Factor in es_ES), so that you have a panel where you can see my list of favorite combinations. Something, for example, in [translate.wordpress.org/me].
In that list, in addition, it would be nice to be able to see the list of projects with their translated, fuzzy, untranslated and waiting. More or less what can be found here.
And, if when new strings appear, an email message arrives warning that there is pending text, it would help a lot to translate new or pending translations as soon as possible.
This, in addition to helping to track active members of the Community, could also help new users, for example those who arrive from a Contributor Day, become "responsible" for a plugin they choose, and that every time they receive an update, they enter and are encouraged to translate and follow other projects.

As mentioned I have my own program to do this written in PHP.
It uses a table to hold the projects with previous and new values for waiting strings.
This way you can calculate the difference and sent an email showing the differences
Once all waiting strings are processed the table can be cleaned to keep it simple.
Although it doesn't fulfil your exact need, It's worth mentioning that Favourited themes/plugins do appear a filtered views, where you can more easily glance over the projects to see if there's any action you'd like to take.
