Make translate.w.org full width

Description

Currently, GlotPress is full width, but translate.wordpress.org has a max width of 1180 px (plus 20 px of padding).

I propose to make translate.wordpress.org full width, so we can have a wider right sidebar, to add more information in the future.

translate.w.org. Full width mockup. It has some CSS errors. Only to see the concept

I think a maximum width is still necessary: in my 27" monitor at 1920x1080 everything is quite acceptable, but with a much wider monitor some pages (the translation ones) might look strange and perhaps uncomfortable.

I think make translate.w.org full width is a good idea.

I support expanding to full width width to make room for more metadata.
+1 to Lidia's comment, the max size will need to be set.
