When we inspect the above page and set the width to 425px then the content layout not looks good. For more details, please check the attached screenshot.

Thanks for the report and the patch! However, the support article in question has been relocated to the Documentation site (specifically ​https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/blocks-list/) which launched since this ticket was filed. That site uses a new theme and the problem reported here is not present there.
