Hello Team,
I did some testing and found that "The development table's header not displaying on responsive devices" on this "https://jobs.wordpress.net/" link.

This seems to be intentional.
The table header row isn't needed when collapsed into mobile, as the design doesn't have enough room for the labels nor a visual need for it.
