Remove unused plugins/themes from WordPress.org server

There are some plugins and themes that are installed on the WordPress.org server that don't seem to be in use, so it'd be good to remove them for security and to reduce clutter.

Some examples:

• plugins/camptix
• plugins/camptix-extras (very out of sync w/ the canonical version on WordCamp.org)
• themes/wordcamp-base

There are probably some more that could be added to the list by someone who's more familiar with the system than I am.

Those are there specifically as part of the longer term goal to move wordcamp.org off its own servers and onto wordpress.org. At least, that was why they were put there in the first place.

If they need to be updated, then that's more viable, but long term is that wordcamp.org needs to be integrated.

I don't think pushing WordCamp.org onto the main WordPress.org web nodes/roots is currently in the cards anymore. WordCamp.org's server is however now part of the grid.

That said, these plugins are here because they were used on make/summit.
