Change "mobile" forum to "WordPress Mobile App"

Description

"Mobile" is confusing and draws attention from people having problems viewing WP properly on their phones. If the forum section name were changed to "WordPress Mobile App", it's a lot less confusing because it names the section functionally.

I agree also, adding that clarification is definitely going to be helpful for people who aren't familiar with the term 'mobile' referring to the apps.
