Theme pagination is not working properly.

Description
When we open any theme, the pagination of that theme works, but when we reload it, that theme's pagination does not work.

Pagination works when you have a list of things to page through.
When you reload or load that theme directly, then your list is a list of one. Can't go forward or back then.
This seems to work correctly. You have to load the page with the list on it, and then go to the theme page from there, so that you can have more than one thing in the list to page through.
