Just to clarify: I believe the request is pointing out that the textarea
to submit feedback has a label/title of "Comment" but that the submit button says "Submit feedback". "Comment" and "feedback" have different connotations and only one term should be used in both places.
I favor the label being changed to "Feedback" rather than furthering the use of "comment", which I feel is less applicable here than "feedback". "Feedback" already appears in the submit button and in the preceding explanatory paragraph.
