"Frequently Asked Questions" link in forum sidebar no longer works

Description
When viewing the support forum for an individual plugin, the "Frequently Asked Questions" link in the sidebar no longer points to the FAQ, it redirects to the plugin home page.
To reproduce:
- Visit a plugin support thread, for example https://wordpress.org/support/topic/allow-to-sort-cron-event-table-by-any-column-maintain-sorting-during-filtering/
- Click "Frequently Asked Questions" in the sidebar
- Observe you're redirected to the plugin home page

Diving a bit further, it seems that the link https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/faq/ is then redirect to https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/#faq.
