It is highly unlikely that anybody is adding a plugin to the directory from their phone.

The attached patch is unrelated to this ticket.
Since this page is basically not able to be used from a small-screen device (It could technically be, but we really wouldn't suggest it) I'm going to close this as wontfix - It's just not realistically an issue that will ever be encountered by a submitter; and even then, this is a minor spacing issue, not something that prevents it working.
