Add a comment field under published photos

It would be great if photos that have been made available on wordpress.org/photos/ have a comment field, so that people who use them or are just browsing, can comment and interact to some degree with the photographer.

Adding commenting means adding moderation. Which means adding the people and tooling necessary to do that type of thing. Like it or not, a fair amount of people don't behave well in anonymous public spaces.

For that reason, I'm closing this ticket as maybelater, because until we get the project large enough to need a fair amount of additional moderation and such, it doesn't make sense at this time to add such effort.
