There is no way to get to the recently created [Advanced Administration Handbook]​https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/

Could we add it to the landing page since the redesign is on hold for the moment?

@estelaris What should the rest of the text be? Each section also has a question + link, like WP-CLI's "Want to accelerate your workflow managing WordPress?" and "Run Commands".

In ​this commit, I went with "Ready to dive into WordPress management?" to avoid "site" being all alone on the last line.

This is now deployed, so you can see the link on ​https://developer.wordpress.org/
