Improve profile page Plugin and Theme sort options

I'm working on #596, when I noticed and would like to suggest that the order of the plugins that are listed on the profile page be, sort-able by alphabetical or based on # of downloads in addition to the date created.

This is my first ticket so edit as needed.

Why alphabetical order? Ordering by number of downloads is more useful.
