Add ability to redirect to make.wordpress.org

We can currently redirect to developer.wordpress.org, but some pages need to be redirected to the relevant contributor handbook on make.wordpress.org. Can we add that as an approved subdomain?

Is this something we're going to change much more? I ask because I want to know whether I should simply add the new domain to the existing hardcoded list, or to spend some extra time to make it configurable and do future-proofing.

Eventually, we might want to redirect to the support hub. There may be things that should go to training articles. If/when we can localize docs, we'll want to redirect to localized support/dev docs. We don't yet know where those will live (what subdomains, that is).
