Changes requested email notifications

According to what it says here, translators should receive an email notification when a GTE marks strings as "changes requested":

However, I do not receive anything. I have the notifications activated (image attached).

Sorry if this is a mistake on my part, but do you know if the notifications are working?

Hi Mark,

To receive changes requested emails, you need to opt-in!
Login to translate.wordpress.org, go to your profile, and select checkbox "receive messages"
After that you will get emails. The system works like a charm currently
