Add a link to the new "Support Handbook" to the /support front page under "Getting Started Resources"
https://wordpress.org/support/ https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/
Patch adds the link as Protocol relative/Schemeless URL, was going to change existing Codex links also, not sure if I still have the latest bbPress 1.x files though ;)
