In the WordPress Requirements page, there is an issue where clicking the menu icon twice while the menu is closed results that time About menu getting hidden.

I can't duplicate the provided screen recording.

It's possible it has since been resolved via ticket on ​https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-main-2022
