Description
There are some authors with numbers of theme in the repository. And they ask us to add Commercial Theme on all their products. So, it is time-consuming to add one by one. Can we add an option to enable a commercial theme of all the effects of that particular author?

@kafleg This should be achievable via Bulk Edit on wp-admin.
I realised this after I did it manually once :)
