Could we add how to stop local environment command

​Install Local Environtment Here, only available how to start the environment but there is no command for restart & stop the environment by command line.

Could we add a command for restarting or stopping the environment?
For example stop environment - npm run wp-env stop

I'm not certain the command for stopping or restarting should be included but a link to the project's readme that documents it is a good idea to me. The contributing link doesn't offer much help in this context.

I think it'll be very helpful for everyone. When someone needs to test something as per core-ticket instruction, that time sometimes needs to stop/restart the environment.

Note: everyone doesn't everything. It will be great for non-technical people.
