Someone on the team can look server interrupted issue when trying to preview a comment message. For more information see mentioned screenshot.

This could equally be your internet connection. This isn't a clear indication that the server itself failed to respond. Have you tried reloading the page and trying again?

  • Priority changed from high to normal
  • Resolution set to invalid
  • Status changed from new to closed

There are no indications of any server issues around that time frame.
