Profiles Page Dropdown menu is properly not working

The "User Profile" page in the header menu is not functioning as expected. The hover and click actions on the user profile pages do not seem to be working. Can you please check this video URL, ​https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/18356912?key=44539373a4537d8f8efd8ce9897c2b00

It looks like this was a compatibility issue with Gutenberg 16.0, in a few ways, since the Navigation block had a big update with that release.

I've just ​deployed a fix, but leave a comment if you're still seeing any issues. Thanks!
