The link which is assign to "WordPress.tv on YouTube" is incorrect on ​https://wordpress.tv/ website

current link is - ​https://www.youtube.com/wordpress

Correct link - ​https://www.youtube.com/wordpresstv

​https://www.youtube.com/wordpress is correct.

​https://www.youtube.com/wordpresstv appears to be an old channel.

(I'll agree though, that the text suggests it's just WordPress.tv.. Changing it to read WordPress on Youtube could be done, but the current text isn't wrong either)
