Steps of Reproduce Bug:

  1. Go to Register Page.
  2. Url Register Page: ​https://login.wordpress.org/register?locale=en_US
  3. Without entering any data click on Create Account Button.

Expected Result:
When the user without entering any data clicks on Create Account Button, then Username Validation should be displayed properly.
