RSS custom plugin to include GitHub issues

As part of ​https://make.wordpress.org/latest, it would be good to include some areas like ​https://github.com/wordpress/five-for-the-future/issues. This is not directly attached to any specific team, but is worth viewing regularly for activity.

Some tools like openrss.org make it possible to read these as RSS anyway. ​https://openrss.org/github.com/wordpress/five-for-the-future/issues

@sumitsingh has a working version with no frills to import GitHub issues as RSS.

Can we review what is working with that and either use that or merge the parts that used GitHub RSS into the other plugin?

I'm unsure of what is being asked here - There's nothing custom currently for GitHub / RSS, the page just uses the default RSS block.

Adding the plugin proposed is possible, but it's probably not ideal in it's current form, as it attempts to match the existing block HTML.

Unfortunately the WordPress RSS fetching code appears to have limited filters, making it difficult, but I wonder if it'd be possible to simply hook in somehow and treat the github url as an RSS feed..
