Color Filter in when scrolling down then the last filter category should be Visible.

Confirmed. The linked screencast is no longer available, but what it probably showed was that at any width, either of the "Filter Your Swag" dropdowns, when expanded, will have many of their selection options hidden by the block of products below them. The dimensions of everything are such that it isn't obvious that there are more options available. See screenshot.
While it affects both dropdowns, it is most egregious with the "Select Color" field since being closer to the bottom only one option is shown. (The "Select Size" dropdown shows 3 options before getting visually cut off.)
