Description
Hi
It's important to provide people with a way of unsubscribing from Trac tickets. If you've left a comment on a ticket, you continue to get emails even if you're no longer watching it.
Eg: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/14558#comment:40. I've had to set up a Gmail spam filter to automatically move all emails relating to that ticket to the spam folder. But that's not an ideal solution since it's going to hurt your email reputation and affect your deliverability.

As I said in my first comment:
..you continue to get emails even if you're no longer watching it.
That's the reason I opened the ticket

This has been broken for years, there's a patch for Trac here: https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3594#comment:10 that probably fixes it, but needs someone with closer knowledge of Trac to work on it.

Buenos Dias!
Until Team WordPress implements a patch to fix this, please follow this tip to unsubscribe from Trac tickets and stop receiving email notifications.
Props to @sabernhardt for the tip.
Cheers!

I think this ticket could be closed. There is a way to unsubscribe from all tickets where you have added a comment, though that is not very intuitive to find and update. #3594 might make subscribing and unsubscribing friendlier, and I can open a separate ticket to discuss improving the preferences text and links (#7650).
You could, you know, stop watching it. If that doesn't work, then it needs to be fixed.
