Update Test team description on make.wordpress.org

The Test team description displayed on make.wordpress.org is a bit outdated. The Test Handbook's homepage was ​revised earlier this year to reflect the current scope of the team in more approachable language.

The following is a suggested update adapted from the ​Test Handbook (and was also put forth for an ​update to the wporg contributor orientation tool's Test team description):

The Test Team works to improve WordPress quality and usability by advancing the development process through manual and automated testing. Whether through a browser, app, terminal, or code, the team focuses on testing across the entire WordPress ecosystem, including Core and Gutenberg, mobile apps and themes, and feature plugins and importers.
