Rename #core-passwords channel name with #core-login-and-registration

I am the component Maintainer for the Login and Registration. I was hoping if the channel #core-passwords could be renamed to #core-login-and-registration, and I could be given the channel rights.

Was this discussed anywhere? I see no recent activity in #core-passwords and while I agree the channel name isn't very matching right now, the channels primary use was for better authentication

Nope, I don't think this was discussed @dd32. I was thinking if this channel could be converted for the use of the Login and Registration component as a whole instead of only passwords. :)

Or if possible, can we get a new channel with the name of core-login-and-registration @dd32? There, we can discuss about the component updates.
