@mamaduka was approved for core commit and it was announced at the 2022 State of the Word - ​https://youtu.be/VeigCZuxnfY?si=RS4vsZVEJW8EFp6m&t=1890 @chanthaboune has confirmed the lack of follow up is an oversite, so let's fix that.

Can he please be added following the process here? ​When you become a committer.
Steps already done:

• Add to the WordPress Core Team on GitHub.

Remaining steps:

• Confirmed that the steps in the top section were completed.
• Added to the Committer group on Core Trac.
• Updated wpTracContributorLabels.
• Grant SVN access.
• Update the capes.php file.
• Add to the Core Committers user group in WordPress Slack.
