Props page credits people who have gotten unprops

On ​https://make.wordpress.org/core/wp-admin/admin.php?page=props-edit-core&version=6.4 it give people who have gotten unprops props. This is antithetical to the word "unprops" which literally means "not props".

Is this a bug, or a feature? Perhaps we should add a list of unprops to the Credits API response.

The item to be considerate of here would be whether those sample folks also received a valid prop (perhaps even attached to a wholly separate ticket/issue) and don't want to have them removed from the Credits.
