Changes in the navigation menu of http://ro.forums.wordpress.org/

Hi,
we are a new team for l10n for ro. We are trying to set up the local wordpress site and to keep it consistent. At this point we have issues setting up the same navigation menu over the website pages. At this point we are not able to change the navigation menu for the forums page here: ​http://ro.forums.wordpress.org/. I'm an administrator over the forums but I don't see any options about navigation menu in bb-press (I hope I'm looking in the right place) also one member of our team is an editor over the main site (he can edit the navigation menu of the main page here: ​http://ro.wordpress.org/ but it seems he has no options for the forums navigation menu.

I've asked on slack and I was pointed here.

So should we get help from somebody else over here? or should we have this option ourselves? or we just didn't see the options?

I'll attach the screen shots for the main page and for the forums page so you'll see the diffs and also I can extract the html code if needed for the new navigation menu.

I don't believe international forums have the ability to customize the header through any tools, currently I think the only way is to add a new php if branch to the bbpress theme.

As international forums are migrated to bbPress2 in the coming months it should then inherit the locale's headers.

With the upgrade to bbPress 2.x ​https://ro.wordpress.org/support/ now has the same navigation menu as ​https://ro.wordpress.org/.
