Description
The main issue is that when you refresh the page https://meta.trac.wordpress.org then after proceeding to responsive view dimension width from 889px to 771px the header of the page is not visible or can be said is covered behind the global header. This only happens when you click for the first time but after refreshing again the header is properly visible.
