Remove max-width on PR requests on trac

#github-prs ul.pull-requests has a max-width of 56em, but the parent #content.ticket has a max-width of 58em. The max-width on .pull-requests is unnecessary, and leaves the container with a width slightly less than any of the other elements on the page.

It's just a little annoying. ;)
