Description
Currently within the user profile, you can see that a translator has added translations. However the link behind the amounts goes to translate.wordpress.org
I would expect it to bring you to the project the user has added translations to.
Proposal:
Add the project link to the count if it is a count for a single project.
If more then one project is done per day, split the counts into separate lines.
If that is not possible, remove the current link, as it is of no use.
The reason to request a link is to find more easily when a translator says he did find an issue, but does not remember which project it was. You then can ask for the day it occurred, and can check on that day what the translator was working on.

This was already discussed in the past.
I think if it's to publish every single detail of the work done, there should also be an option allowing the user to opt-in whether to share or not share all the work details on the public profile.
This logic is the same for everything in the profile, there is profile info that can be discussed whether is public or private, example: favorites, activity, etc.
