Description
In the footer on https://wordpress.org/ there is a svg image with the words "code is poetry". In terms of accessibility it has too low color contrast to be readable for colorblind people.
secondly why isn't it plain text? it would be much quicker for screen readers.

Thanks for the report! However, this was previously reported in #6069, which had an upstream discussion at https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-mu-plugins/issues/154 where the current state is intentional.
