There're one or two requests listed for almost every day, when they weren't made. Additionally, it's impossible to cancel them.

Only super admins should see the full list now. Cancel still doesn't work.

Not yet. I will try to clean up the code in the next days, maybe we can open source the plugins afterwards.
btw: Cancel should work not non super admins now too. The fix for super admins is in the deploy queue.
