Being able to @reply someone on the Make blogs is wonderful, but using the functionality is made difficult by the fact that you cannot see a person's username. In some cases, it's possible to @ someone's name and their username shows up, but not in every case, as in the below example:
It shows names that have "D" in them, but if I continue typing the name the user isn't displayed:
In order to retrieve the person's username to include an @ reply, you need to go to their profile to copy and paste it.

Only users that are members of the site show up in the drop down. I'm not sure we could scale to all users in a network. I seem to recall that O2 had this feature though.

Would it be possible to automatically make someone a user of the site once they leave a comment?
