Description

The credits correction made in [12902] introduced a gap in the "Noteworthy Contributors" section of the WordPress 6.3 credits page, reported in ​https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/59726. It ​was suggested to move another person into the missing space.

This update moves the ​next highest props receiver, @poena, into core-developers (see the ​6.3 props spreadsheet for reference).

Props dhrumilk, huzaifaalmesbah, mukesh27, SergeyBiryukov, sabernhardt.
