When Install and activating the Twenty Twenty-Four Theme face an error like this
' Warning: Undefined property: WP_HTML_Text_Replacement::$end in'

This is meta trac. Issues with the core themes should be brought up on the core trac, Or on the theme's github.

Also, that seems to be a problem with the Gutenberg Plugin, not the theme. You should talk to the Gutenberg team.
