Header:

  1. The logo is not clearly visible.
  2. Clicking the search icon does not yield any results.

Footer:

  1. The footer appears visually awkward.

The codex is heavily cached and results in this broken form sometimes, especially when you're logged out.

The codex is deprecated and is no longer receiving updates.

I've redirected the page in question to the developer reference.
