We can improve the subscribe email now on subscribing it is loading the whole page. Can we just simply subscribe without loading the whole page by using Ajax or Something

This functionality is provided by the Jetpack plugin, specifically the jetpack-subscriptions block.

Any enhancements to functionality provided by Jetpack should be submitted upstream to ​https://github.com/Automattic/Jetpack/ directly.
