Description
When I upload subtitles.ttml file for particular video of https://wordpress.tv/ this page, after filling this details (username, email, language and file upload) when click on submit it gives error like (This site can’t be reached
The webpage at https://wptv.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

As a faculty member I can upload subtitles. But I get this complaint from few different users that they can't upload subtitles. This needs to test.
