It would be better that on the download button to be visible the language of the package:
«Télécharger WordPress 4.0 FR» or «Descarcă WordPress 4.0 RO».

It's a simple translation string change.

I don't think this is necessary, but as @ramiy pointed out, the button label is translatable so you can change it there.
