Navigation is broken in the header of trac pages

In the header area on the meta trac and core trac, there is a search form that is overlapping other content, making it difficult to reach for example the handbook, blog and project links.

In the main menu of the header, all submneus have stopped working.

Appears to be an issue with the Interactivity API powered overlay. There should only be a button displayed, which activates the search overlay.
