Icons in footer are overlapping in responsive on whole trac sites.

When I'm referring trac site on mobile device in it icons in footer are overlapping.
it looks fine on wordpress.org but it only having an issue on trac.

In 13191:

Trac: Footer: Add mobile styles for the footer padding.

This duplicates the CSS style from wporg-parent-2021 that is not otherwise present.

Fixes #7453.
