Hello,
I notice wile translating for Romanian that the "Uncategorized" default category does not apear translated when when I installed the latest WP in Romanian, even if there is an «Uncategorized» string is translated to «Fără categorie» in Development -> Administration (Context: Default category slug).

Just installed WordPress 4.1 in Romanian via the language chooser and the default category is translated to "Fără categorie".
Have in mind that the default category is only created on install. Changing the language later will not change the default category.
Closing as works for me.
