Description
With Translation Events, we'll allow users to "attend" translation events during which their translation activity is recorded and counted for that event.
This means that during and after the event it's visible how many people contributed with translations and reviews, and in which languages.
To resolve this ticket, we'll want to ship the gp-translation-events plugin on translate.wordpress.org, and to create a table to store the attribution.
