Upload SVG image previews and JSON collection data for Google Fonts listed in the Font Library

The Font Library is being prepared for release with WordPress 6.5 and needs a final update so that the JSON file versions are in line with the latest version of WordPress.

Please can the following files be uploaded to the CDN:

• ​https://github.com/WordPress/google-fonts-to-wordpress-collection/blob/main/releases/wp-6.5/collections/google-fonts-with-preview.json
