Description
Please consider adding the Catalan (Valencian) locale in the upcoming update.
The core has already been fully translated into this locale https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ca-val/default/, so it would be beneficial to incorporate it.

WordPress locale packages are created by cron job, automatically
Since your locale i18n SVN is empty, there is no action needed.
