Description

The test plugin slug is " 1-blog-cacher "

Plugin Directory ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/1-blog-cacher/ show the plugin is exist.
BUT when use WordPress.org API ​https://api.wordpress.org/plugins/info/1.2/?action=plugin_information&slug=1-blog-cacher show the Plugin not found.

Hello @fantasyworld,

The plugin you have linked to is currently closed, as such the API does not return information about it.

This is currently changing via #7057 but some existing API results for closed plugins may be cached for up to 50-hours. I can confirm the API request you've shared is affected by this.

I get the right CLOSED info from the WordPrss.org API.
It really the cache let me see the error information.
